Default Engine GROUND STRAP

I Just noticed that the ground strap on my car (passengers side) is just hanging there, looks like it was connected to the intake or the block. Regardless, the question is, I do not see any other grounding strap going to the engine. Will that affect anything? My car runs just fine, the only thing that I would consider questionable is my gas gauge is always bouncing and is questionable at best. Not sure if its the gas sending unit, the gauge, or the wiring.

any thoughts?

There are 2 braided flat ground straps from firewall to valve cover, rear, bolt on each side of engine

One from firewall to sub frame on PS.

Negative battery cable to block with another wire from it to PS fender lip

The dash cluster itself has a ground rod to the dash itself. On 67 it is secured by the dash center screw above steering column

You want all of them

I did not realize there were so many and never have traced all of them down. I knew that there was one on the firewall and the battery to the block but that was it.
I will look closer and get a couple pictures.

You can never have too many ground straps
Used to see them on motor mounts to the frame and on the exhaust two places on cop cars (Crown Vics)
