Default Electric fans

I am having issues with overheating in traffic. So I am looking at replacing my cheap electric fans with something good that puts out more CFM. Anybody have any suggestions on what is the best fan out there. The biggest fan I can use would be duall 12 inch.

Unfortunately the reason I went to electrical fan because at 500+ hp the manual fan was not enough to keep it from overheating

Looks like a good price for the fan. A lot cheaper than the electric setup, just be sure to use a shroud.
