Default delco am radio

I just scored an all original mint condition, working delco am radio out of a 1967 car to install in my 69 with the *****, faceplate, and all from a local camaro fanatic for $100.00. I am very pleased, the only thing im wondering is i know the radio will fit into the slot, but the faceplate that came with the radio, im not sure if it will fit into my dash or not. My current radio has the little woodgrain inserts on the side. Hopefully this will all fit because im almost positive it is the same radio that originally came in the 69 models

Style of the 67-68 radio is a little different from the 69, but physically it should fit in. And the dash is totally different between them as well. Also, 67-68 used a faceplate, 69 didn't. Base model 69 radio dash area was black grained/lined plastic, no cover. Woodgrain was an upgrade.
