Default Crazy Headlight and Dash light issues

Ok, guys, I need some help on a 67 Camaro headlight and dash lights. The issue is when the headlight switch is in the park light position, only the front park lights come on. I have no ability to adjust the resistor for dimming or making the dash lights brighter or can't turn on the dome light. Once the switch is in the position to turn on the head lights, the rear park light will come on and the front ones will stay on and the dash light will dim and turn bright but the both turn signal dash lights stay on and the fuel gauge will go to empty. All with the headlight switch in the full on position. Still won't turn on the dome light. Changed the light switch, no difference. Also with the switch in the off position. the only power to the switch is the red wire. With the switch in the park light position only the purple and red wire has power. In the full on position power is to the Red and blue wire that has the rear parking light brown wire spiced into the blue wire. Never any power to the green wire. I think I covered it all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Odd issues like this almost always come back to grounds,,,, When the power can not get to ground it back feeds through anyplace it can. One of the most common back feed issues is power bleeding from the driving lights to the turn signals.

Other possible issues it wrong light bulbs or a bad light socket.

Thanks guys, I think I found it last night. The circuit panel on the back of the gauge cluster has power through all the grounds and the case of the cluster. A new one is on order.
