Can anyone tell me if this is a RS from the Cowl?

The rivet position came both ways, narrow and wide, depending on production date and assembly plant location. Round head rivets are what's correct, as is what's on mine as well. Hex heads started being used sometime during the 1973 model year.

One more thing, and I swear I found this before but cant find it now, what is the code Q459 for? I went back though both the websies previously mentioned and cant find it now. I think my brain is starting to reject me trying to feed it more. lol
Edit:
Ok I think I found it. On your link Camaro 69 it looks like its a Internal Scheduling Code. Although I dont see a explanation for what that means?

Yes sir I am. As a matter of fact I did buy it last night!!!
You will see a lot more from me on here now! Lol
I feel confident it is a legit RS based on the info you guys gave me. It helped me go into it with a lot more confidence.
Now I just have to figure out how to get it home. It's only a hour and a half away but the curvy back roads traveling to his place have been tared and loose gravel so unless I can find another route I'm gonna have to get a trailer.
Stay tuned!!
Extremely pumped! Couldn't even sleep last night!

Hey Camaro69!
So I bought the car and while I feel confident it is a RS Id like a confirmation from someone that has something to compare to.
Here is the reverse light removed.
What do you think? I got to admit, Im nervous to ask because Im afraid to hear something I dont want to.

Congrats, you gonna show more of the car some day? The factory opening is stamped, if someone cut it open, it would be more of a sharp edge. Below is a correct hole, which is what yours looks like.
Except, what is that swell/raised area on the lower left of the hole, or is that just a shadow? Reach inside and feel around to make sure nobody transplanted a panel patch there.
Here's a little more RS info, scroll down about 1/3 page: Camaro Factory Options

Yes. I definitely plan on showing more of it. But I want to take some better pics of it with my DSLR camera and not just a crappy smart phone camera. Since I have bought the car it has rained here in the Midwest nonstop so I haven't even been able to get the car out much. As a matter of fact I've taken it out twice and once almost got caught in a heavy thunderstorm. That may not seem like a terribly bad deal except for the fact I live on a private lane that floods quickly. I got it in the shop just as the rain pounded down! Shwew! Close one. But don't worry pictures will be forthcoming soon!
As soon as I seen the place (lower left) you were talking about below the reverse light I ran right out and looked and yes it thankfully it was just some harsh shadowing or something because there is nothing raised on the panel.
