Like said before, better investigate before buying the dynacorn option. I'm from the Netherlands too and I wonder about getting it on the road over here. If the RDW ( the institution that has to aprove it for the dutch registration) are in doubt of anything you could be in trouble. Better to be safe than sorry.
Wouldn't worry too much having a car shipped from the US tho. I have purchased a few without problems. Working on my 69 350 4 speed as we speak (came in march this year) that
I will properly introduce very soon when I am more at ease, as I am too pumped to get it ready.
But maybe I can help finding you a 68, if you need any help, just contact me.

I think it would be better to build it the way you want it with the dynacorn body. There is a lot of garbage online that people are trying to pass off as rust free, even a solid looking car can develop rust if the body repairs were not done correctly and will bubble up through a fresh coat of paint. The nice thing about doing the car with the new sheet metal is you can take your time with it as money allows and you know the car will be done the way you want it. It will be expensive either way but paint and body work can add up fast if there is a lot of rot to replace. Do you have the skills to build a car from scratch? I'm not trying to be rude, just asking about your skill level, there are a lot of little pieces that you will need to get to finish the car and they can add up at the end of the day. Good luck with your decision and welcome to the forum.
