Hello,
I recently bought a 69 Camaro and the owner said the owner before him put a 383 in the car. I've searched a ton of sites to try to match the casting number but I haven't been able to come up with anything. Block casting number is 8452012595. That make sense to anyone?

No that number makes no sense. Where was this number located? The casting number is on the bellhousing flange.
