Default Beefy Trans

Anyone know of a company or someone who can get me a 6 speed trans that'll handle 1500 lb-ft of torque? I'm in the process of starting to build an 832 cu. in. motor and want a 6er to drive it. If you know of ANYTHING on this help me out, I'm out of ideas and places to look!!!

yea i did check them out and sent them an email......havent heard back yet. i know that they have like a 1200hp(?) 6er that is pretty nice BUT i dont know if itll hold on the back of an 832 bb. i dont even know what type of hp/tq im guna be lookin at for this motor noone has been able to give me a guess at the power potential for N/A. i know blown they run like 2200hp at like 8 psi though.

If you can get a bb that size to stay in one piece, two speeds will be more than what you need. lol

well the hope is to get it too!!! lmao. but really it is huge with a huge stroke (5.75"). it will be run hard on the strip so if it breaks......oh well.....ill fix it. but yes parts breaking in this motor are expected.......just hope i dont go through a crank every week

in all seriousness....this is going to be one of those "WTF...really????.....why would you........WHY???" cars. thats the endstate.

pete you and i have gone back and forth on a few things about this car and i have made the decision on this size motor. its so radical that its completely impractical.....except on the strip.....staying N/A....and going the pump gas route.

should be sweet but its guna take me about 10-12 years to finish.....but im only 23 so i've got time )
