Default Another question for the experts

On my 67 camaro there is a small hole about 3/16 in size on the gauge panel in the middle just below the top center screw hole. It appears as though there is a housing on the back side for an indicator light. Does anyone have iny idea wat this hole is for?

its betweent the two gauge pods right? thats for the high beam indicator. a little light pops on when you hit the dimmer onto brights.
