Well I traced out the wires and found the wires run from the keyswitch to the neutral safety switch then to the solenoid and it is a 10ga wire. I checked the solenoid and it cleaned the spade terminal up but not sure what to look for from here. The car started every time but I did not get it out to drive thanks to the rain.
