Default 68 exhaust opinions

i'm needing new exhaust for my 68...first off, before i say anything more,i admit that i'm not all-knowing in this field so i'm asking you all for help.

i'm looking into ordering an exhaust system off summit, and i'm not sure what to get. i'm willing tospend around $500, give or take. i want a deep sound, it doesn't really bother me how loud it is, i don't drive it long distances... but i want it to sound all muscle, i wanta realnice classic sound.

the two i've been looking at is the flowmaster american thunder;

and this magnaflow kit;

i could be allwrong on both counts, theseare just the two thatkeep getting suggested to me...and maybe there's something better i could be looking at.. which is why i'm asking you.
help a girl out!

oh and if this helps it get more hits, here's a (huge)picture of my baby

Your Camaro will scream with a set of these. Flowmaster and Magnaflow muffle the exhaust note too much, especially when you get on the gas.
I've been asked if I'm running exhaust cut-outs, after setting off a few car alarms and thats withthe stock 350 motor.....

The coffin shape also allows the muffler to sit perfectlyin front of (just before)the rear axle.

My car had an old set of flowmasters and i almost replaced them with a new set of flowmasters, but i gave Coffin a try and they have a great sound to them. justdifferent options. Coffin Mufflers are a fairly new family opperated company out here in Visalia Ca., and they are getting popular.
