Finally have my bucket list 1968 Camaro rs dream car. I hear a dragging sound from the rear, but nothing is dragging. Could this be an exhaust issue?
Secondly, I drive with 3 small children. Lap belts only. What is recommended to upgrade seatbelt system without damaging interior?
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

 

I would look at the rear wheel bearing,worn carrier bearings or Too much differential play

 

or possibly a brake shoe draggin in rear??
