67 camaro engine swap question

Ok so i got a 67 camaro and it has a 327 in it.. So recently a good friend gave me a 350.. My question is do i have to fabricate anything to fit in the 350???? Or will it bolt up evenly???

It will bolt right up. The blocks are physically the same, provided he gave you a Gen1 style engine and not an LT1.
