For those who are better at electrical issues, on my 69 Camaro the inside rear tail lights are too bright, they are as bight as the outside brake lights when the brakes are on. I have replaced all the blubs and made sure the outside bulbs are 1157's and the inside are 1156's. The wiring in the back seems to be in order with the grounds all connected as the brown wires are connected correctly too. The wiring is original.
