2016 camaro 2LT V6 3.6L Driver side door issue.
Hello all,
I am new to the forums and had a question about an issue I am having recently with my driver side door lock. To most clearly describe the issue the only way to currently lock the driver side door is pulling the physical key out of the fob and using the key to lock the door. I have keyless entry and when I walk up to the driver side door and hit the button on the handle while the fob is in my pocket it unlocks and locks the passenger side door but not the driver side. While I am in the car I can hit the unlock and lock button on the driver side and it will lock and unlock the passenger side but not the driver side. When I put the car in drive the passenger side auto locks via a setting that can be turned on or off but the driver side does not. I am wondering if anyone has come across this problem and if so what the cause of the issue was. Does it sound like a relay or bcm issue or maybe a component in the door failed? Any help or insight would be appreciated.

My order of investigations would be:
1. Door lock actuator / solenoid GM part # 95380549
bad or perhaps opening and closing the door caused the connection to come loose (if it was not fully clipped in at the factory)
2. Wiring issue where the harness traverses the door jam
Hope that helps.
