I recently purchased a 2015 Camaro LT. But today I noticed that the clear coat is bad behind the passenger door on the rear fender. I went to wash the car at the self car wash to get a better idea of the problem and it was literally blowing the clear coat back even farther until I realized. Is there anything I can do to slow, fix or arrest the clear coat from peeling even more in this area?

 

It would entail some sanding of the top layer of clear coat (assuming that is the only issue) and a respray along with some bonding agent.
