2010 Camaro l99 misfire, oil fouled yd cylinder 7
My car has a serious misfire. 44k miles. Did spark plugs noticed number 7 plug badly oil fouled. Also notice smoke from exhaust with slight blueish tint.
I did see a tsb for this issue but was confused about it little. Said to replace the driver's valve cover. But I also read something about the oil pan and cleaning the piston rings. Anyone have good experience with this? The engine sometimes had a ticking sound but usually went away after fresh oil change.

Looks like I DO have to install the oil pan shield. How hard is the oil pan removal? Looks like just undo mounts jack engine block it up and remove pan. Lol sounds easy enough
