Hey guys, hope you all doong well....ijust want to share something to see if anyone else have experienced this problem and how to solve it if you did.

I recently purchase my 2010 Camaro with 14,000 miles on it..I did a bounch of mods to the engine (injen intake, headers, full exhaust, chip, throyle body spacer). I was driving it from Maryland to Florida so I can ship it to Puerto Rico my home when i notice that my speedometer was a little off...i had my portable gps with me and also i downloaded an speedometer application so i could double check the error....while the camaro speedometer was marking 86 the gps and the app was marking 75 and so on..it is about 8-10 milesfaster than actual speed. Also I passed a few speed traps on the way that has one of those that you can see how fast you are going and it show the same result....I have stock OEM 20" wheels on the car.

First, I will try pulling out the chip to see if is that, then I guess I'll take it to the dealer. I know the dealer will say that it is because of the mods and because of the mods the warranty won't cover...If those wont work, then Ill take it to the dyno shop to have it tune and at the same time I will know the rear wheel HP of my beast...or I guess just deal with it and leave it like it is and get used to it, lol...

anyone else with this problem?

Also,my check engine is on..my guess is because of the mods to the engine......is there a way to turn it off.....
