Default ran through puddle and sucked in water thanks k&n

i own a 95 z28 with the lt1 350 i have 100k miles.. yesterday i was driving back to work and we got alot of rain i went through a pretty large puddle ... i have the full ram k&n intake on it and im thinking my car took a double shot of water because it started running really rough after that and continued to do so during the day i parked it and this morning when i got up after 12 hours of letting it dry it cranked up and ran better than ever is there any thing i should do beside seafoam and proper preventative maintinance to make sure nothing was damaged im firing to all cyl now and opti is firing on time .. i was gonna go back to stock intake but i think im just gonna run a short ram

Actually, water injection is good for an engine, it helps to steam clean the combustion chamber. Hydro-locking (taking in so much water that it kills the engine, as in dumping it in a lake) however, is bad for it. You're fine, but I would clean and re-oil the filter element.
