Does anyone know if there are plans to bring back the Z ?
I just bought a plain LS last week with my son and promised him that as long as he keeps his grades up he will be getting this car after he gets his license and proves himself responsible enough to drive it respectfully. (he is 14 and very mature, so far he has given me no reason to doubt that he wouldn't be.)
So I am wondering if Chevy has any plans on bringing back the Z28 in the near future, that would give me something to look forward to, but if not then I guess a 2SS would suffice.
Thanks!
Rob

That rumor was floating around the dealership where I bought the LS, 500 horsies eh? Sounds interesting. I hope it turns out to be true, I will have to suffer another mid life crisis when they are available.
He is a good kid and well deserving of one, and thanks, I am sure that I will be able to learn a lot from this forum.

There is another thread that talks about this "are you for real" I think. Yes, there is going to be a Z/28 edition with the motor straight out of the current CTS-V (The LSA) which has the 556hp. The bumper has square surrounds over the round foglights and a hood scoop too. Looks sharp.
