Hey, what are you 5th gen guys doing, exhaust wise, to get better sound from your 6.2L Camaros?

 

Catbacks, axlebacks, headers and midpipes are all available for the 5th gen from various manufacturers now. Most common starting point seems to be an axle or catback. Look into brands such as Magnaflow, SLP, Corsa, Borla, Flowmaster

 

Just a guess, but I think dyna may have been looking for some first ear experience with a 5th gen.

 

Chevy should have made the factory exhaust awesome sounding like Ford did with the Mustang.

 

A friend of mine picked one up and was looking into exhaust. When he spoke to an exhaust shop the guy told him he could spend upwards of $900 and still not get much sound out of it. There has to be something out there to make it sound more aggressive (like the Mustang Kathie)
