You should be able to to remove the the waternecks from the pump and block and install two brass pipe plugs, like these on my K20. What are you going to do with all your HVAC stuff?

so removing the fittings for the heater hoses wont hurt water flow or cause overheating thats my big concern. ive already pulled all the HAVC switches, wires just about everything, thats doesnt need to be there, i gotta finsh fabbing up some panals to cover the empty slots still cant decide between carbon fiber (real) or aluminum

Or if you want a cheap and easy way out, but a heater hose splice kit at your local auto parts store. and mate the two hoses together.

well thats waht i got now, i took one of the hoses, cut it shorter and linked the two water outlets, but since im going for a street/show crusier having the big "hoop" heater hose doesnt look too appealing, so im all ears for any ideas that wont casue overheating and look good

It wont affect cooling. I have a natural gas shut off valve in my heater circuit and theres no change in temp when I shut it off. I may be interested in your old HVAC stuff if you want to off it. Let me know.
