neither one of my turn signals work i changed the bulbs and everything
when i took the bulb out there was some yellow stuff could this be the problem?

i had a loose ground on my truck that caused that to happen. just a thought

 

I have had three cars 95 nissan,2004 pontiac and a 2005 cobaltwhere the turn lever on the colum went bad and need to be replaced, not cheap by all means and i would check everything first fuses and therelay,but if you lever feels sloppy and your hazzards work i would not rule out the lever.

 

my hazards blink on the dash
i click it to the left and the arrow is like froze
where are the grounds at in the trunk?

 

also i use to could hit it and make them work not no more tho
i need them to work almost got ran over

 

my bet is that its in the lever mech. just replace it. you can try one out of the junkyard me personally i would just get a new one if i remember the last one i bought was about 105.00 for my pontiac. My pontiac it would lock up then after i taped it they would come back on after awhile they just quit. Dose any of your flasher come onon the exterior

 

yea the front signal comes on thats y i thought it was the bulb but i changed them and it is still actin up

 

Here is how the grounding is laid out for rear signal lites.
Splice S415 (Rear body harness, approx 7 cm / 2" from left backup lamp breakout)
to splice S410 (Rear body harness, approx 20 cm / 6" from left backup lamp breakout)
to pass through grommet P400 (left rear, in end gate panel)
to Black ground strap under hatch release mechanism

 

Did you replace the flasher unit under the driver side dash a $4.00 part???
