Default Torque Thrust II's

i was thinking of getting some torque thrust II's, not sure if i wanna get black with chrome lip, or the anthracite/machined and chrome lip. my car is dark blue with blacked out tailights, and front blinkers. but thats not my question, i was thinking of getting 17x9.5 in front, and 17x10.5 in rear and for those i would need some 275/40/17 tires. now, are those TOO wide? cuz i have seen some cars where the wheels are so wide they stick out wider than the carwhen looking at it from the front or back, and to me that looks stupid. would those size rims stick out far? these are going to go on a car with no suspension mods whatsoever. thanks for all the help in advance.

you need a 56mm offset and 17x9.5 are fine

Id say get the TT2s. they give it that classic muscle car look that is great on our cars. For the 9.5 in the front 275/40/17 is just fine. If you want to go 11s in the back it will cost a bit more for wheels and rubber. the tires will most likely be 315/35/17. that is the most common combo. there are many other size combos out there but thats what im gonna do.
