Hi Looking for a set of American racing AR 505 torque thrust II rims 16x8 to fit 86 Iroc w/rear drum. Is there any problem fitting because the original rims have an offset between front and rear. Any one know the reason for the 1" differance. thanks.

I think the american racing website has the right offset posted on their website. I can say the tire makes a big difference. Personally I have 17x9 all the way around regular tires look great, BFG dragradials stick out just a bit (but not hill jack to much). Amercan Racing says 4.75" and 4"backspacing
