Default rim leaking

I have a 1994 camaro with stock rims and I was wondering what happens if a rim needs to be "reseeded" that's what I was told all I know is it lets the tire leak a little?

I think you mean reseated. All that means is the tire is removed from the wheel, the wheel edge is cleaned and the tire is reinstalled and balanced. This should cure the wheel leak or you have other problems. Bent wheel or bad tire.

True.

Did someone tell you, that your tires need to be reseated? I had a problem once with my rims were cutting the valve stem and then leaking all the air out. Fix for that was metal valve stems. Now I don't get charged the "new valve stem" fee everytime I get new tires.
