Overnight isn't all that long, you should be able to see bubbles. Stick it in the bath tub.

Found the leak and fixed the rim yesterday. I found it was coming out around the rim's edge in two places so I pulled the valve stem core and let the air out. Took my rubber tipped pry bars and gently pulled the tire back. In one spot there was a small bar code sticker that was bunched up on itself and looked water damaged. Pulled that out, put in a small amount of gorilla snot (to both leak areas) and pumped the tire back up. Been holding air overnight so far (well past the normal life expectancy with the temp dropping again into the 50's last night) and I'll check later this afternoon when I get back home.
