Default 86' z28 camaro trailing arm trouble

Hey, im wondering how to and how difficult it would be to fix/re-weld the trailing arms to the floor panels on a 86' z28 camaro. i'm an amateur welder, is it possible for me to learn how to do this project?
Thanks

That arm often has significant pressure on it and if you not a real good welder pass... My friend tryed that with an 83, now he has a nice 3 to 4 inch hole in his floor board. BMR, Spohn and maybe some others have a mount that should work. You may have to talk with them to make sure..
