No, you throw a streightned coat hanger up in there, make a hook on the end to pull the unwanted stuff out, spin it around a bit, in and out in and out a bit, then poof, problem solved. It does make a mess though, nuthing a little duct tape wont help.

EDIT: added an 'n' to nuthing.

You obviously haven't read this whole thread...there's a lot of technical info in there, I'd recommend starting and getting a nice cup of coffee and a notepad so you can keep all the reasons for the victory straight.
