I dont do this but i am going to.... my friend just bought a 99 vette with 25k on the clock. My car is going in the shop this week for my headers,y pipe,LMs, new 02's, ls7 clutch kit, and new MC and SC and when out a detail . sooo in a few weeks when Ibreak my clutch in we are gonna give it a run. I think it will be a drivers race. i still have some DRs that are worn...should i put them on or stick with the street tires i have on now. i think i will leave the c6 wheels.. I want to race for a tank of gas.

If your running an LS1 right now, then with those mods, you'll beat him. The vette stock wasnt that much quicker than the Z28 was...
