suprising kill (non f-body)

spec, the trucks that i found pretty much ALL had tuners. and those are actually kinda hard on injectors. and yes when i said stock, i didn't mind if it had a aftermarket filter. but most of the trucks i found were lifted and running friggen mud boggers, or had close to 450k miles on them. (i was lucky to find my truck, absolutely bone stock with 54k miles on it)

i dunno....... maybe ur just lucky, or maybe its a south dakota thing......... lol
around here most of the trucks are pretty much stock. maybe a filter or intake, new mufflers, every once in awhile a bully-dog or something, but were still not talking 12 second street trucks

All the people I know who use tuners dont keep the same setting on all the time. They change it because some give more power some give less mpg and so on. The people who stick with the same set up might set it for the highest power setting ever and just mash the pedal ruining everything.

all the trucks around me are not stock. most of the trucks have carburetors lol. out of all the trucks i saw today. 4 where 1990 or newer and the rest (12 or so) where 1970 or older. on of them happens to be a guy who has a c5 zo6. the truck is a 1975 k-10 with a 454, with a 6" lift and 38" mud tires.
