is there such a thing as a Hyundai Elantra GT?... in front of me today, was a black elantra with silver badges, then i noticed a red GT badge(looked like a mustang's GT badge). i saw him pull into cumby's and i wanted to pull in and ask him bout it, but i didnt, cuz, well i dont honestly know if they made a GT.. lol, i very much so doubt it, but i could picture the convo going like this...

dan: is that a GT elantra bro?
GTman:chyea it is
dan: dayum they made those?
GTman: yea, only 50 of them, actually this isnt a true GT braw, it has a GT engine transplant in it, so i badged her up mon
dan: those look a awful lot like mustang badges ****uh... and why isnt anything else done to the car, bro?
GTman: it's a work in progress my man, but i thought the GT badge was important to do, cuz it gains me some respect bro, everyone always thinks "oh snap, it's a GT, better not fu*k wit that beast"

dan: those badges are good for 75HP each braw, mite wanna go steal some more of some mustangs, oh, but if you can get a SS badge, it's a instant 100HP braw, go get some of those, fo shizzle! *walks away*

Its just a sport package. And as standed above they kind of suck. They do get like 35 mpg.

 

yea just get a stage 5 like specter, and mabe some extras like a 5 inch fart cannon. over 100,000 hp baby!!!!!!!
you know, just with the chips and exhaust tip gives you that much until a camaro pulls up, then you instanly have 5 times that much power. then when you get your *** handed to you by the camaro, you then realize you have a whooping 100 hp.

 

do they really? dayum... why make a full size family sedan a GT.. i mean, atleast with the IONs and the Cobalts they made a 2 door with a perofrmance engine..

but i still dont think it was afactoryGT(i just died a lil inside), cuz all the badges where chrome/silver, then there was this huge, red GT badge(like 2.5inches tall, 4-5inches wide) towards the center(but still on the right) of the trunk.

 

ask BMW, they still sell sport sedans up the ***. and btw, the Elantra is one of the smallest in the Hyundai line-up.

 

well yea, but thats a BMW, thats a different storyjust like a subaru and SRT4 is a diff story.. but those elantra's look like a old lady car..(no wonder specter bought one)[8D]

 

Unlike you V6 guys me and specter have fuel problems. This is mostly due to the fact we run faster then 16s at the track. Due to this fact we settle for lesser daily drivers. Mine is a MSP also moded. He just picked the trash can method instead.
