Hey guy i was wondering, My best friend, this girl is getting either a new v6 camaro or small motor charger. Just out of curiousity I know they will be an auto, do you think my stock 97 rs 3.8 would win in a drag? A KnN filter is my only bolt on and at 80 in top gear im spinning 3000 rpm if it helps, just wondering

but ive drivin the 3.5L charger there pretty quick

 

I think that you at least have a chance. The Charger is a huge car and that V6 is not powerful enough to make a performer out of that car.

 

Yeah cause i thought the charger was 1000 pnds heavier and the new slowmaros about at least 400~

i dont know about the ttop and coupe cars but mine weighs either 3300 or 3600 i cant quite remember

 

I think mines like 3500, ive got a ttop, but if we raced id prolly take em off, just cause i guess but every pound helps.

 

well than mine is prob more than 3600 the conv top is way heavy with the pump and the actuators and the canvas prob weighs more than steel... now im curious im gunna go out and check lololol
