I would not even imagine challenging an LS1 until I get headers, pully, injectors and a tune. I have raced a mild LS1 (CAI, Cat-back, AC delete+tune) and lost horribly....

Can't blame it though. It is a well built car and the LS motors are pretty much the best motors built EVER.... That is why I am considering picking up a 5.7 GTO to have a V8 once more.

some 17 year old punk who lives here. my time that weekend was faster. 13.9@100mph on a 1.9 60'. not bad for a 190k mile Camaro
