i havent seen him fight much. the big guys when i stopped watching were kenflo, ortiz, and forrest .

Where does these wannabes get away with 'Stage x turbo' ? I've never heard of such a thing.

 

its the way they are marketing the "packages". they call xxx package their stage whatever. this is the "more legit" reasoning. but some times its just a word that advertisers slap on there because they know some ignorant johnny ricer is going to buy into it.

someone on this board was actually talking about installing a stage 6 supercharger at one time. i believe he was either a troll or a 12 year old trying act like he knew what was up. i cant remember who it was exactly, but that was pretty bad. the only time i let stages slide is when they are factory performance upgrades which come as complete and whole packages like the mopar stages for the srt4. but once you put anything else on there you can no longer claim "stage 3"

 

a little more:
they also do it in the domestic world. dont know if you are aware but many companies sell their ls1 heads in stages, which by the same reasoning is ridiculous. whats more prudent are the flow ratings. in fact, i think patriot sells stage 1.5 and 2.5 heads. how the hell do you get to a half stage? i know! when you want to outsell your competitors stage1 but keep competitive pricing
