its not really that big of a deal but last night was fun.

my friend and i wanted to go out ricing... yes ricing. so we did. and sure enough we found a pack of ricers. there was an old NX, an old mazda truck with a body kit and a system, and a 96 Eagle Talon. the guy in the talon wanted to race me.... but his clutch was "too hot" so we went back to his place with everyone else and waited for about an hour and fifteen minute.

the whole time we were there i heard about how i was gonna get destroyed out of the hole and how he can take turns better (eventhough we were racing on a straight road...??). so i put up with all the **** talk for a while and then it was time to race. so we had a scout go and check the road for the law. the road was clear!

we're both waiting at a stop light. the light turns green and we're gone. well at least i am. it seems as if his AWD isnt the big **** that he talked it up to be. and i seriously think i beat him by 1/4 mile. after the race his friends told us that his clutch was still too hot. haha sure.

overall the guys were pretty cool but i realized that if there are ricers there will be hours of excuses.

OH SNAP... and on the way home from work tonight i saw him again.. same results haha and i owned a severly riced out civic.

but its not really competition so no big deal

you have to be careful racing dsms my friend drive those cars and the slowest is 12.4 1/4 mile. the car that looks the worst hit high 10s and he still drives it on the road. good kill though I hate people who buy those cars add a exhaust and think its fast.

 

yeah i agree. but for every 1 that beats me there are 1000 that cant.
