The Iroc's aren't that fast. Sorry, but my Z28 stomped all the years except one, which is probably yours... I'm gonig to say though race him, and I'm sure you'd win. I HIGHLY doubt the mustang is lighter due to the fact a thirdgen is only 3,000lbs.... not much get lighter than that as far as muscle cars go.

I'm sure you'd take him. Those v6 ponies are slow as AIDs.

If all else fails, I'll coem stomp him in both mine. lol

you can deffinatly take a 01 stang v6. My friend has a 03 tiburon gt v6, and he raced a 2000 mustang v6 before he had a turbo installed and whipped it. He also race a 88 z28 camaro and just lost by a 1/4 car. So i say you can deff. take a v6 stang.

 

is his an auto or a manual? manuals are good for mid 15s, if its an auto, hopefully he knows of the D2D shift, cause doing that and he will take you, i have both
