Pics of my 78's exhaust

I just bought my camaro. It looks great but there's some things that need to be dealt with under hood, etc. Here's what the exhaust looks like. Any suggestions about what needs to be done to make this right?

Could you take pics starting at the manifolds for us please?

Because right now it looks like it joins into a Y, and dumps before the rear at an angle. Which is kinda wonky. :P
