Nominations for August ROTM - 3nd gen
Hm. I swear I just posted this, but here it is again:
Wheels are 15x7" RS wheels (were blue but someone painted them black.) Tires are 235/60/15" BFG Radial T/A's.

Actually, I've decided to install the rest of the AC system. I swore I would never have AC on the car but driving in the South Florida heat it's just not worth it to get rid of a little clutter. I've got a brand new condenser, compressor, and dryer on the way for it, and I'll be making my own Aeroquip hoses.
Engine is a really mild build right now. Forged Aluminum pistons, eagle H beam rods, Scat steel crank, 280 duration/4.40 lift cam, Melling high volume/pressure oil pump, double roller timing set, Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley Street Avenger 670 carb, headers, Flowmaster 80 Series Muffler, and a few other goodies.

Plus, sometime next year I ought to be getting to work on a 1969 Camaro that'll definitely not be stock, and I'll play around with that instead.
With the current heads (stock 350 heads, 76cc combustion chambers) probably around 9:1 compression. I was contemplating a set of Patriot Performance aluminum heads, but ultimately I decided I would rather put the $800 bucks towards paint. I have the old 305 from the car, and I think I'm going to pull the heads from it, have the valves punched out to some 2.02" stainless valves, and port/polish them. They're the double hump heads, and I believe they have 54cc combustion chambers, so I'm hoping that'll put me around 10:1-10.5:1 compression.
