At the Blazerforum, we generally just open a nominations thread, allow active members that have been around for at least 2 monthsto be nominated, after 10 days, all nominated members either accept or decline. Then the voting starts.
I see your ROTM is a little more complicated in that you have different generations each month. If you guys wanted to give it a shot, just open it the ROTM to every generationand keep it going while hawk is away.

i think he got mad when we started giving suggestions and downing the rotm lol and changing it up how bout some one start it up u dont need hawk to do it wat gen is up for rotm??? make a thread then make a vote its not hard to do ....

I see, so you guys want to continue the nov noms with voting for a 1st gen in Jan instead of what I posted? Its too easy to replace the thread. Just let me know soon before it picks up.
