Do you really find some humor in all this? I think it's time to grow up. This answers a lot of questions I had about some of the guys behind the counter at O'Reilly's.

 

Just because I smoke a little weed doesn't mean I'm a moron, I'm smart enough to not get high and go to work. I just like to smoke with some herb with my friends or after a long days work, kinda like a beer or glass of scotch. Btw you do know that smoking weed is the safest drug including alcohol, when was the last time you heard of someone dying from a weed overdose or dying because of a high driver?

Heres the facts weed is safe when respected, sure some people get stupid but its not going to hurt them. Not to mention its legal in quite a few states and more are coming.

Heres another fun fact, in the countrys where weed is legal crime is way lower, people live longer, and the economy is much better.

You sure about that? You smoke pot and you know it will cost you a job, but you decide to do it anyway. Maybe you better go smoke some more and then a better answer might come to you.

 

I wasn't even trying to get the job, I filled out the application like 3 mths ago. If I was actually in the process of finding a job id stop smoking.

And you need to do your research before making claims about pot being so safe! You're more than twice as likely to have an accident after smoking pot and driving, than a sober person is.

OK now i think this whole conversation has run its course. Yes i smoke pot, you dont like it tough s***.

BC, I'm not quite sure how old you are, but my older brother is 22, smokes pot, hasn't had a job in 5 or so years, and now just recently got his license. With that said:

I have nothing against people who do it and respect it as it is. To me, I see it as their form of relaxation to take away the stress's of the day. Much like a cold beer is for others, and in my case, a few video games with my high school friends.

But this is one of those times when you gotta realize you may have to cut back on it. I'm not saying quit completely, but cut back to point where you can get a solid job so you can make some money to put in that nice LS1 you plan on getting. How else are we gonna be able to ogle at it?

Or you could move to Canada.
