Turbos will produce more HP. The way my car is set up from the factory suits me fine because I get good economy along with decent power. But if I want more, I know a turbo will be a better step to take.

They both have pros and cons and both are well suited for making power. Depending on your application they will both produce excellent power. End of story.

You can do a dual turbo, one bigger than the other if you wana install a turbo and save on the lag.
