TTI 60 update
Flow issue's are coming up not from the turbo but from the TTI 60 manifold and the smallish intercooler piping. It looks like the piping and smaller manifolds are limiting the old girls ability to breath in and make good power up top like i had hoped. It does have its positive sides with the smaller AR and smaller logs the power comes in fast and low in the power band. It would have been perfect if it could have only kept up with the valve train up top[&o]. Its going to make for a fun project this summer going in and re doing the IC pipes but at least i will be home this time and can do it my self
.
.
Ok so some very bad pics but here they are. Ignore some of the rust, oil, dirt, lose wiring, and parts its been a long project and she has not been driven in over 10 months but she is almost there.... FINALLY.
She has her factory shoes on due to shop conditions and theft issues.
Another bad picture. You can kind of make out the intercooler and some of the plumbing back there.

Nice and tucked away
. Nothing more then a CAI and Exhaust [sm=guilty.gif]

And now you can see my ground clearance issue. I am bringing the car back up about 2 inches with a new set of springs that should arrive at the shop some time in the morning. With some luck the car may finally get on the dyno some time this week.

More pics coming some time this week. I am waiting on the upper core support, dash, and to mount the TTM's before i post any more pics. With some luck the car may finally get on the dyno some time this week depending on what day the front bumper gets back from the body shop. I do expect the numbers to be low for a forced induction LS1 due to the small intercooler piping. I am gathering parts now for a Air to Water project with 2 1/2 IC piping that i will be starting very soon
No problem spec you can have the hole kit for 5500 i will even pay the shipping cost
. Finally got the (new) bumper back from the paint shop and finished mounting up the intercooler and mounting up the new springs. When i talked to RPM on Thursday the tires had come in and they where getting ready to mount and balance them (old tires where garbage after sitting for a year and a half). Ryan has to pull her out and give her a good bath before she hits the dyno so i would expect maybe some time early next week.
So now might be a good time to start taking bets on how long the 4L60 is going to last
As i said before i don't expect great numbers out of this set up. In fact she probably will only make a little above what many bolted H/C cars making or at least for the time being
