First off is this a LS1 or LT1 car. Second it depends a lot on the set up. Nitrous will not hurt your engine as long as you keep it in the correct levels and have proper fuel. How big of a shot is on your car? Wet or Dry? ETC?

sorry, but i have no idea how to tell what kind of engine it is (help!?) um, i guess the most i can do to describe it is take some photos, because it is one messy set-up. i have a power switch and a switch with masking tape on the side saying "4, 3"...anyways, ill try and get some picks up tonight possibly of the set-up and see what's going on.

What year is your car. Take some pics of the area right after your air box. That should tell us what kind of kit it is.

From what I hear, the car should handle a 100 or 125 shot pretty well, but once you get to 150 is when you start pushing it. I'd ask people with more nitrous experience though, or look at some old threads.

That is a clean set up. 350 TPI with a wet plate kit (that is a wet system). You should be able to run a 75 shot and still be well on the safe side. With tuning you may be

All 3rd gen z/28s are 350 TPI. May I ask why you need to use Nitrous? Unless you plan on racing on the track, leave it alone. N20 is not something you would use during WOT for fun.
