please help!!! 1991 rs supercharged

im in afghanistan and cant really find much info on my car. ive gotta 1991 rs and wanted to either supercharge it or turbo charge it...not really sure.
pros? cons? which ones are better? which one will fit my car?

What engine is in the car and what type of injection TBI or TPI. What transmission and how many miles.
