Nos, sorry if asked a hundred times...
I have searched around and have read the sticky but havent really found the exact info I am looking for.
I want to get some info on hooking nos up to a Carbed stock 350. to make it easy here is the engine
http://www.jegs.com/p/GM+Performance/752506/10002/-1
I dont know if I need special heads, pistons, cams, etc.
I want to use it sparingly and dont really want a big shot or anything. kinda just want it for a little fun every once in a while. Is it possible with this engine the way it is? or Is it just a pipe dream?

Is that engine in the car now. You can run nitrous on any engine as long as it is in sound condition. You will not need any heavy mods for this project. If you give us your current set up we might be able to help out a little more.
a nice rule of thumb is to not excede 1/2 the engines stock hp with the nitrous. so a 200hp motor, max is 100hp shot. a 400hp motor, max is 200. this is NOT a hard fast rule, and its supposed to be for the MAX, so u should shoot less.
and as cbr said, nitrous will work on ANY motor, the question is not IF, its how much.
if that motor is new (crate) then it will hold a 100 shot pretty easily. but i am also a huge proponent of tuning. take it to a reputable dyno shop and let them get the tune right. even a 50 shot can turd a mis-tuned motor. but then again, there are bracket cars that make maybe 350hp crank and shoot a 300 shot in stages because they are set up and tuned for it. 90% nitrous happens, and its perfectly safe IF you take the proper steps to get there

Thanks I wasnt sure if I could do it or not. I heard once that you had to have aluminum pistons but you know how that goes.
That is the exact engine I have cbr, with the Components package 2. Air gap intake and the like. I installed it myself in august so it is new. I am lucky to have a shop in town that deals in nos and drag racing so I can get the tuning down. I would rather hook it up myself though. Is it supposed to be hooked into an intake vacuum line or possibly adapter plate under the carb? I would like to learn all I can. a 50 to 100 shot would be plenty for me I think. I am wanting to get a bottle heater, purge, and whatever else you suggest. I dont know whether to go wet or dry. It is hard to find info on carbureted engines, most everything I find is for ls1, lt1, or other fuel injected motors.

. As for the sig, not so good with photoshop, I might try working something up though.
Well thats a good looking engine my friend. With that set you will not get the full effect of nitrous but you should be well on the safe side. The key to nitrous is safety. Its that easy. The more back up fail safes you have the better your going to be in the event you need them. A good plate kit would be perfect for you. It would allow you to run a small shoot now and a bigger one in the future with out changing your set up too much. You are on the right track with the blanket heater. The two main safety switches you should really take the time and run are fuel pressure, and nitrous pressure. You probably will not have the option of installing a WOT switch since your not Fuel Injected and your working on a budget. As spec said good tuning is key. Making sure you are getting the right amount of fuel with the right amount of timing will make a huge difference and insure you car will last and last and last with no problems.
well I think I have a kit picked out. The performer nitrous with a 50, 75 or 100 hp settings.

this remote bottle control

and I need suggestions on a good warmer. I want one that uses pressure to turn on and off instead of temperature only. any suggestions?
