crap pulling the motor out is going to be hard for me because I'm tight on space and I've never pulled one out from the underside. is there a way around it?

If the engine is in good shape and your going turbo on low boost you should not have to pull the engine out. You will have to change your headers for most good turbo kits. Why do you want to go turbo. And what is your goal

That didnt help much.I dont know what you want. A LT1 is more than a match for most inports and any ricer. If you need more then a Head, Cam, and full exhaust would make you more than a match even for stock evos and sti's and thats from a dig.
