Default Got my Twin Turbo 350

Well this weekend i finally picked up my TT 350 engine, its a 350 bored .30 over, has all forged internals, corvette cam, ported and polished corvetee heads, Lots of piping and two big ol snails. It was really dirty from sitting but only has around 5k miles on it ( you can still see the marks on the cylinder walls from when it was bored out.) I already cleaned the engine from when i took these pics, and all the piping/manifolds have been sent out for beadblasting, next is to rebuild the heads cuz theyre full of dirt and stuff. Not bad for $1000, ill keep everyone posted as progress continues

The turbos dont blow through the carb which is nice, the air goes in underneath it.

The exhaust manifolds are reverse mount which will look awesome.

Did the previous owner give you the spec on the rotating assembly they used?

You'll have some work cut out ahead of you with that setup. The turbos are most likely going to need to be rebuild or my bet is that you're gonna have a nice plume of smoke coming out the exhausts shortly after startup.

Good luck with the buildup (that's the fun part of all of this!) but if you have access to a welder and some materials, you might want to re-do that plumbing. At the very least clean the $&*@ out of the insides of the whole plumbing setup as once you have those turbos rebuilt and they're in good condition, the last thing you'll want is a nice, big peice of rust sucked through the exhaust housings at full spool.
