Edelbrock E-Force Superchager
Has anybody installed a Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger on a stock V8 automatic SS/ RS, and if you did what did you gain Rear wheel horsepower ? Im trying to see if its really worth it.
Thanks

Save the $6500 that you planned on buying the supercharger with and go with some mild head porting, a camshaft and a couple bolt-ons to get the same numbers. Anything that you do with the engine will take some work though, because you have the L99. The L99 is equipped with AFM, which shuts off 4 cylinders when cruising.

I just got mine out of the shop today, completing my whole project. Make sure your shop is Edelbrock approved. ..or referred by an Edelbrock approved place. This is because some "Edelbrock Approved" places only work on 55-73 "Real muscle" cars. But these places refer you to a place that at least does this work on a daily basis. There is only 1 way it will work right. There are 100 ways to screw it up. My trusted shop worked their tails off for me. His experience was all on Mustangs. So we left as friends....but make sure you know there is a delay to every question being answered. That's just the way it is. There is NO BETTER OR CLEANER TO MAKE EASY BIG HP GAINS!
Fresh from the shop. My numbers are off my shops dyno. 435 SAE HP 379 SAE TQ
I have a Gen 6 but it started as a bone stock LT. This is the car the Supercharger is being installed in, and it will be as fast and menacing as it looks. I love the color and her wider stanxe in the back by 2". I have always felt that the Camaro was beautiful. The Mustang has a better built interior and sighlines, but everybody has a Mustang. I want a custim built V6 Rocket with the whine of the Supercharger and the 3 6 howling with that awesome sound it makes.
