you just copy the img code to your post. once you download picture to photobucket no need to download again,

That code you pasted isn't your image (IMG) code, that's part of your photobucket page url. And the smaller pic is a direct upload to this site, which is why the small thumbnail.
In photobucket, click on the image you want to use. It will open up to be the only pic on the page. Then over to the right, under "share this photo", click on the bottom of the 4 choices (IMG). That copies the link, then you come back here, right click and click paste.
